Here are this weeks announcements

• As part of our International Guest Artists Program,  Equity Showcase Theatre in partnership with Theatre Ontario present The Shakespeare Conservatory with Andrew Tidmarsh from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London, England. This exciting event will be held at Trent University as part of Theatre Ontario's popular yearly, unique summer intensive. Complete Residency package offered, Coming August 2009.

• Rosemary Dunsmore returns to EST to present her popular Scene Study Workshop Spring Tune Up  starting March 27th.  

• Lynne Cormack returns to EST to present The On Camera Audition Lab Intensive for the weekend of April 3rd, 4th and 5th. Check out all the details on our web site including some of the great feedback from artists who have studied with Lynne. This workshop will be held at Casting Link in Toronto.

• EST is pleased to also announce the return of Brenda Bazinet who will be directing/teaching an exciting project starting in late March called The Chekhov Experience.  An intensive scene study with a final performance of the creative work within an historic environment in Toronto. Information will be posted soon on the website.

• New at EST, Janet-Laine Green will present The Actors On Camera Lab  starting March 23rd. Check the website for details.

• Deadlines are March 18th for David Smukler’s voice classes beginning in late March. Check the web site for dates and the new format for voice classes. (Introductory Voice Training for the Camera & Stage Winter Session 2, and Voice Training - Intermediate and Advanced Winter Session 2)

• Tedde Moore and Kevin McCormick team up to bring a new workshop to EST, The Organics of Acting for the Camera and Film Craft. This workshop has sold out, so be sure to check the web site for the next session starting in March.

• Peter Van Wart’s new workshop The Classical Tutorial has sold out. Look for details in the near future for the next session of this popular workshop.

• Kevin McCormick’s deadlines have been extended to Wednesday March 11th. (Actors Forum, Art of Acting, Dramatic Scene Study, and Audition Technique)

• Tedde Moore's Three Pieces for Your Pocket  deadline is March 25th. Don’t miss it!

• Registration has started for Bernadette Jones Audition Workshop. Bernadette is currently away and returns for this exciting workshop in late May. A limited number of spaces are available so register early to avoid disappointment.

• Spaces are filling up for Simon Fon's popular Fight Workshop.  Register now and get a spot in the spring session.

• EST is pleased to welcome Rod Ceballos back to the faculty of EST. Rod will present The Modern Monologue and American Classic Scene Study the Modern Greats  starting the week of March 16th. Check the web site for all the exciting details.
