Thank you to Second City
On Monday June 16th Second City donated the proceeds from the recent show, Go Ahead Make My Monday, to support EST's rebirth campaign and EST is profoundly grateful for their generosity.  A special thank you to Klaus Schuller (Executive Director), Julianne Baragar (Associate Producer) and Erin Peirce (Group Sales and Marketing Manager). Also thank you to the talented and vibrant cast which included; Rob Baker, Dale Boyer, Adam Cawley, Audrey Dwyer, Caitlin Howden, David Tompa, Jay McCarrol (musical director) and Aurora Browne (Director).


The Professional Development Program is launched
The Actors Forum and Dramatic Scene Study with Kevin McCormick has started. Also some of David Smuklers voice workshops are now in session - and there are a few spots left for the intermediate/advanced workshops that start June 25th!

I'd Rather Dance Party Details

The community-based collective I’d Rather Dance is working on an exciting Equity Showcase Theatre re-launch fundraiser event for the arts community set for June 27th 2008!
Live DJ’s, dancing and cash bar will be the order of the evening as artists from all disciplines pack into The Lot on lower Ossington.

The doors open at 9 pm on Friday June 27th at The LOT (Lower Ossington Theatre: 100A Ossington Avenue, just north of Queen St).
Admission is PWYC. Cash bar, music DJ and dancing.
