Generally the only file you would have to worry about reducing the size of would be your headshot. Text files for resumes are usually not too large in any format (MS Word etc). - To reduce the size of an image you can do this in the Paint program that is provided free with windows (generally found under the Start Menu - Accessories - Paint). - Once you open the image in this program, simply go to the Image menu item at the top and select Resize/Skew. - A good measurement would be to make the image fit lengthwise in the top half of your screen. Be sure to diminish both the horizontal and vertical equally. - Once the image is resized, save this new file somewhere you can find it (such as your desktop) and attach it to the application! |
